Pepper Jack, Chicken, and Peach Quesadillas

I loved this recipe for Pepper Jack, Chicken, and Peach Quesadillas! What an interesting combination of spicy cheese, poultry, and fruit. I think this will be a good one to keep on hand when entertaining.
